Kaitlin Davis is a lighting designer, production electrician, and all-around backstage problem-solver. With a background in lighting design, electrics, and technical management, she’s spent her career supporting productions of all sizes—shaping moods, solving technical puzzles, and creating spaces where artists can thrive.

After earning her BFA from UNCSA, Kaitlin jumped into work as a designer, production electrician, and technical manager for companies including Music Theatre Wichita, Temple Theatre, and Blumenthal Performing Arts Center. She loves the balance of art and engineering—drafting plots, managing crews, running festivals, and teaching the next generation of technicians.

At heart, Kaitlin is driven by collaboration and community. She brings enthusiasm, organization, and a grounded “we’ve got this” energy to every room she walks into to bring any concept to fruition.
